The site was set up in 2004 with the objective of being a single-stop knowledge resource on living life with blindness. The site is divided into three primary categories, namely, informs, inspires, and includes. These three sections further have sub-sections that contain a wide array of information for our users starting from eye care, parenting, education related information to inspirational stories about the lives of visually impaired achievers as well as jobs and events of interest. There are also details of different services and service providers, and relevant court orders and government policies, along with lots of other useful information.

In March 2008, we re-launched the website with a new look, better accessibility features, and a content management software that enabled us to upload content more frequently.
